Charity and Challenge Adventure Combined
March 18, 2024
Our charity and challenge adventures are a perfect way for supporters to help raise essential funds for causes close to their hearts while also taking away the life-changing experiences of adventure travel.
From trekking through the Himalayas and helping at a community hospital to canoeing down the Zambezi and learning about conservation. Our trips are truly holidays with a difference.
The Journey of Fundraising
Support a Cause Through a Challenge Adventure
The journey begins not when you board that plane but when you start your fundraising journey. We’re with you, alongside our charity partners, every step of the way.
Seeing that fundraising goal may be a bit daunting at first but we find that many of our participants go on to smash their targets and raise much more than they initially planned.
Statistics show that £114m alone was made just from the top 25 mass participation challenges in 2022 – this is without the smaller charity challenges that take place throughout the year.
Bespoke or Open Challenges
Our bespoke trips are the perfect way to get a team together all fundraising for the same cause. Meanwhile our open challenges, in the Adventure Travel section of the website, means you can choose a charity that is special to you. Please make sure you check in with them to see that they are happy for you to take part in the challenge in their name and fundraise for their cause. You also have the option of full sponsorship or you can pay your own trip costs out of your pockets while still raising money for charity. The choice is yours.
Make a Difference While Traveling
It’s also important to remember that through our challenges, you will not only be supporting your favourite cause back home but also giving back to the community you are visiting.
We pride ourselves in the work we do with our local teams on the ground. We truly believe that life-enhancing travel is not about seeing a place but experiencing a place, its people, its cultures, food and ways of life.
There’s so much more to our trips than seeing the world and discovering new places. Take on a challenge for yourself but also make a true difference while living the adventure.
