Chris is a keen (definitely amateur) runner and walker, taking part in a number of events in the UK and abroad to help raise funds for his local hospice since 2022. Over the years, travel highlights have included inter-railing around Europe in his youth, exploring the back roads of Georgia in the United States, ticking Tokyo off the list in 2019 and trekking both the Sahara and Moroccan mountains with Different Travel. Always keen to get to know new people and cultures, over the years he has been ably assisted to get ready for his trips by the family dogs and is kept on his toes by his family!
