Weldmar Hospicecare is an independent charity that provides specialist end of life care to adults in Dorset who are living with a life limiting illness, and we also support their loved ones and carers throughout what is one of life’s most difficult journeys.

Our care takes place in the comfort of patients’ own homes, in the community, and at our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester.

Just 21% of our funding comes from the NHS, and we rely on the support of the local community to help us raise the £18,000 a day we need to keep our services going, which are all provided for free to those who need them.
