Different Travel sponsors The Bluetits Chill Swimmers

Bluetits
We have had a great season supporting the Bluetits Chill Swimmers with their activities in recent months with their swimming weekends; we would love more people to experience the thrill of taking the plunge.
We are delighted to be sponsoring 20 entries for the Southampton Bluetits winter challenge. This challenge supports people who might be facing loneliness, financial hardship or other barriers that mean social inclusion is difficult to achieve.
Background
The Bluetits Chill Swimmers are a social enterprise with their ethos around inclusivity. The winter challenge theme for this is combatting lonelines through connection. With the cost of living crisis and uncertainty of the upcoming winter months, cold water swimming and dipping is a low cost way to feel the mental and physical benefits of being part of a community.
These free places are designed to help out those who are struggling financially so, if you live in the Southampton area and feel you could benefit from one of these places, please visit the Bluetits website for more information on how you can take part!
If you don’t live in Southampton there are groups all over the UK that you may be interested in. You can find your flock here.
We will soon be launching our 2023 Bluetits Chill Swimmers weekends, so keep an eye on our website and socials for our launch day.
