Itinerary
Day 1: Fly to Hanoi.
Day 2: Arrive in the capital, the rapidly-developing Hanoi, and receive a briefing about the project and the Mt Fansipan trek. Take time to see the city’s many lakes, parks and shady boulevards, which give the city the feel of a French provincial capital! Learn about the fascinating cultural heritage, and visit some of the many pagodas and temples.
Day 3: Enjoy Hanoi’s sights before taking the overnight train to the hill town of Sapa.
Day 4 to 7: Spend three days climbing the amazing Mt. Fansipan, as well as exploring Sapa. On the evening of day seven, we return to Hanoi by train.
Day 8 to 11: Commence project work at the orphanage including the painting of a library, building shelves and cabinets, making cushions, painting educational murals and developing English educational resources.
Day 12: Finish the project and return to Hanoi.
Day 13: Return flight to the UK.
This trip can be an open charity challenge for inviduals, a bespoke group charity challenge or a corporate trip for CSR and team building.
